Conditions

  • 14 day unconditional  refund:  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from www.deflowsurf.com, you can return your items within 14 calendar days of the delivery.
  • Our policy lasts 14 calendar days. If 14 days have gone by from the date of delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

HOW TO RETURN ITEMS PURCHASED ON DEFLOW SURF

2.- Prepare the package

  • Include a copy of your invoice inside the package, underlining the items you want to return.
  • If you do not have a copy of your invoice, please write the following information on a piece of paper and include it inside the package: Your first and last name // Your email address // Your order number // SKU number of each item you want to return

EXCHANGES

Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If a defect is detected when (or in a reasonable period of time after) the sale is made, then customers can exchange it for the same item.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • We will cover the shipping costs of that returned item and the cost of shipping your new product.
