PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD

By choosing this method, the purchase will be linked to our financial entity website. This way, the data is not kept by Deflow, but sent directly through a secure protocol (HTTPS). Therefore, we are offering you maximum safety and confidence. Your card will be charged the moment you confirm the payment. In the event of any stock problem in your order or any delivery incident, we will refund the corresponding amount to your credit card in a period not exceeding 15 days.

For security reasons, Deflow reserves the right to reject any credit card operation. In this case, the amount charged would be reimbursed to the original credit card. If the customer wishes to proceed with the purchase, we will request a bank transfer.

Once payment is made, you will be sent an email with the order details and confirmation.

PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL

Deflow also allows payments by Paypal. Access is available the moment you formalise the order. Validation or acceptance of payment is made by Paypal’s secure encrypted system.
