Free Domestic Shipping
Free shipping on all orders over €50 within Spain, France, and Portugal.
We pack and ship within 1–2 business days (unless noted otherwise). Once your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll get a tracking number and your gear should land in 2–3 business days.
Tracking might take a moment to activate — give it a few hours once it’s in the system.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Spain, France, and Portugal)

- Express shipping: €10

ZONE 01: EUROPEAN UNION COUNTRIES

- Free standard shipping on orders over €90
- Standard shipping: €12
- Express shipping: €17
- Taxes: 21% VAT included at checkout
ZONE 02: REST OF THE WORLD
(Anywhere outside Spain, France, Portugal, and the European Union)
- Free standard shipping on orders over €130
- Standard shipping: €17
- Express shipping: €22
- Taxes & Duties: VAT (21%) is excluded. You’ll pay for your order at checkout, and any local taxes or import duties when it reaches your country.
Delivery Times
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (GMT) usually ship the same day. After that, they’ll head out the next business day.
Some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. We don’t ship on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated delivery:
- Spain, France, Portugal: 2–3 working days
- EU: 3–5 working days
- Rest of the world: 5 to 15 days depending on where you are
International Shipping
All international orders ship with DHL.
Customs can sometimes slow things down — it depends on your country. Every order is fully trackable once it’s on the move.
Returns
Changed your mind? No problem. You’ve got 14 days from delivery to return your items for a refund or store credit (some exclusions apply).
